How to consistently create content

Welcome to the first issue of The Alpha Creator.

It feels great to finally ship this one out.

If you haven’t started your newsletter yet, what are you waiting for?

I recommend you do the same.

And now, let’s dive into this week’s main alpha…

How to consistently create content

1. Create a pre-work routine

Build a routine with steps you can go through every day.

Keep it simple and repeatable.

I do these every morning before work:

  • Drink water

  • Read (30 minutes)

  • Walk outside (30 minutes)

  • Drink coffee

Follow your routine until it becomes an automatic trigger for your mind to get to work.

You’ll get into the flow more easily this way.

2. Focus on output not outcome

Don’t set your goals based on your outcome.

You have no control over the number of likes or followers.

Set your goals based on the output you can control instead.

Things like number of tweets per day or threads per week are perfect.

3. Build a solid content pipeline

Batch-create your content in advance to stay ahead of your schedule.

When you know you have your content ready to be published at any time…

You remove deadline pressure.

Without this, you’ll write better for longer.

4. Post at the same time

Create your own content schedule that tells you when to publish what in a week.

Let this be your guide and commit to it.

Publish the right content at the same specific times every day based on your schedule.

This builds expectations with your audience.

And helps hold yourself accountable over time.

5. Respect deadlines

Commit to meeting your deadlines no matter what.

Always set deadlines that are achievable.

And don’t allow yourself to miss them.

Because once you do, you start giving yourself options to negotiate your way out.

Your deadlines should be non-negotiable.

6. Work in small batches

Break your large tasks into small manageable chunks.

I treat each thread as multiple tweets.

So once I’ve written one tweet, I know I’m a step closer to finishing.

Information overload prevents you from taking the first step.

But without this important step, there would be no progress at all.

7. Maintain momentum

Keep your streak of action going as long as possible.

Once you start making a little progress, you’ll be driven to make more and more.

So, maintain your momentum at all costs.

It’s ok to miss a day or two, but don't skip for too long.

Because momentum is easy to lose, but hard to regain.

The proven strategies

From finding ideas to publishing, I go through this 7-step process every single time I write my threads.

Monetising your personal brand doesn’t have to be complicated if you follow the right approach that aligns with your priority.

The Web3 insights

The Co-Founder himself has said that Ethereum would fail without adopting these 3 key changes.

From social media to banking, Web3 has the answer to all of the favourite products you’re using every day.

This platform offers access to the digital nomad community and other exclusive travel benefits tailored for Web3 enthusiasts.

The final alpha

I got stuck in Twitter’s beginner hell for a while when I started.

But if you avoid these 7 things, you’ll save tons of time.

Wishing you an alpha week!
